The transition from the first turbo to both turbos is really obvious on the graphs. Initially, only the first turbo is boosting. Then, the dip in the graph represents when the second turbo starts spooling. The big climb in power after that is when both turbos are boosting. That's how the 2 sequential turbos work. Neat stuff.
